The seventy-seventh volume of the Archives of Maryland series was originally published in 1836. The Archives of Maryland edition was published in 2000 by the Maryland State Archives. This volume covers the Proceedings of the Conventions of the Province of Maryland, held at the City of Annapolis, in 1774, 1775 & 1776.
The conventions can also be viewed in the Early State
Records Collection in their original printed form. The Proceedings for 1775 can also be found in
volume 11 of the Archives of Maryland series.
The first digital edition of the Archives of Maryland series is being published by the Maryland State Archives through a grant from the Information Technology Fund of the State of Maryland. As part of an ongoing effort to provide greater access to Maryland Legal History, the Archives will be bringing the printed Archives of Maryland series online and expanding the contents with links to scans of historical documents.
